1. Instrument Technician
Qualification
- Diploma in Instrumentation (10 years of School + 3 years Diploma)
- Minimum 07 years relevant hands-on experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Industry.
Job Summary & Purpose
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of:
- Transmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
- Switches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)
- Analyzers (pH and Conductivity)
- Vibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, Proximitors)
- Valves (Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves)
- Valve Accessories (Solenoid Valves, Pneumatic & Electropneumatic Positioners, Pneumatic Relays, Air Regulators, Filters, Lubricators)
- Hands-on experience using hand tools.
- Hands-on experience using test instruments for calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing.
- Experience in removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes.
- Proven competency and experience in the relevant scope of work.
- Basic report writing skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Awareness of safety requirements in a Fertilizer Plant.
- Familiar with Work Permit System in large-scale process industries.
- Knowledge of PPE requirements in a Fertilizer Plant.
2. Electrical Technician
Qualification
- Diploma in Electrical Technical Discipline.
- Technical Diploma (10 years School + 3 years Diploma).
- Minimum 07 years relevant hands-on experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Industry.
Job Summary & Purpose
- Maintenance and modification of:
- HV/MV/LV Power & Distribution Transformers
- HV/MV/LV Switchboards & Switchgears
- HV/MV/LV Cables & Terminations
- MV/LV MCCs
- MV/LV Motors
- PLC Systems
- VFD Systems
- UPS Systems
- Lighting Systems
- Cathodic Protection (CP) Systems
- Hoists
- Electrical Systems of Flares
- Familiar with Electrical Control & Protection Systems.
- Carry out repairs and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret Single Line Diagrams and Control Schematics.
- Able to use testing & calibration instruments including Multimeter and Megger.
- Knowledge of:
- Electrical Codes & Standards (ANSI & BS EN)
- Hazardous Area Classification
- Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO)
- Work Permit System
- Oil & Gas Safety Requirements
3. Mechanical Technician
Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Technical Discipline.
- Technical Diploma (10 years School + 3 years Diploma).
- Minimum 07 years relevant hands-on experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Fertilizer Industry.
Job Summary & Purpose
- Good HSEQ record.
- Knowledge of Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO).
- Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting in continuous operation plants.
- Installation, removal, and maintenance of:
- Pumps
- Blowers
- Valves
- Vessels
- Columns
- Heat Exchangers
- Pipes
- Static Equipment
- Cooling Tower & Gear Box maintenance.
- Rotating equipment maintenance.
- Pump alignment.
- Bearing, seals, couplings maintenance.
- Compressor maintenance.
- Inspection and adjustment of V-belts.
- Lube oil filter replacement.
- Heat exchanger maintenance.
- Hydro testing.
- Tube replacement.
- P&ID and Isometric drawing interpretation.
- Cleaning and preserving removed equipment parts.
- Execute work according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
