🔧 Available Positions
1. Area Maintenance Head (CMAI30 – Maintenance, Superintendent)
Job Purpose:
To guarantee that daily maintenance activities (corrective, preventive and predictive for mechanical, I/E and rotating equipment) of the plant are carried out by Contractor, in compliance with safety, environment and quality rules to assure sector availability, reliability and operation continuity.
Responsibilities:
- Execution of all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors related to all disciplines.
- Regular reporting in CMMS system regarding maintenance execution.
- Provide required support to planning, scheduling and other support supervisors.
- Prepare weekly report and discuss in Maintenance meeting.
- Participate in the development of area strategic plans to ensure that plant day-to-day activities are executed as per safety and quality standards.
- Review and enhance knowledge of personnel by job specific training by coordinating with Head of HR.
- Stick and conform for follow up of all safety requirements at job execution phase.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Must be strong on Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation area.
- Minimum 12+ years’ experience of refinery or Petrochemical Plant Maintenance.

2. Planning and Scheduling Head
Job Purpose:
Provide control and coordination of all planning and scheduling activities related to Routine Maintenance for all operational areas, including Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance carried out by Contractor.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Lead contractor’s maintenance planning section by providing technical information and solutions.
- Prepare long-term maintenance plan.
- Effective use of efficient maintenance system like CMMS.
- Monitor and collect data from system for review of management.
- Provide solution for optimisation of resources.
- Provide inputs for preparation of maintenance budget of all plants.
- Review actual vs budgeted expenditure of maintenance and recommend necessary action to minimise deviations.
- Prepare monthly report highlighting work plans, major activity completed and attend regular maintenance dept. meeting.
- Monitor Maintenance planning section KPI’s against target.
- Review and present manpower planning.
- Follow up with operations, services, and company maintenance dept. for planning related issue.
- Ensure compliance for all HSE rules.

3. Area Maintenance Foreman
Job Purpose:
Lead the area maintenance team and oversee daily maintenance execution in the assigned area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 20 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Bachelor Degree.
- Good knowledge of the equipment’s of the refining, team, piloting of maintenance contracts, good knowledge of the safety rules.

4. Electrical Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Supervise electrical maintenance activities and lead the electrical technician team to ensure reliability and availability of electrical systems within the designated area.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with electrical foreman in recommending and implementing changes aimed at improving the availability and reliability of electrical/instrument systems within the designated area of responsibility.
- Assist in implementing engineering modifications and enhancements to electrical equipment by making recommendations to increase the suitability and serviceability of electrical systems.
- Enforce SATORP’s policies, procedures and regulations and ensure that all safety measures and precautions are strictly considered and taken care of during conducting onsite maintenance works.
- Proactive safety aptitude and behavior.

- Good knowledge in Electrical equipment design, installation and maintenance.

5. Instrument Supervisor
Job Purpose:
To be responsible for ensuring Instrument assets are reliable and available in order to keep Process Units in operation. To lead, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance technician’s team and focus in compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and an efficient and effective development of breakdown maintenance on Instrument systems, equipment and facilities within his area of influence, applying the best and safe maintenance practices.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with SATORP area supervisor the execution of monthly and weekly maintenance plan. Control. Submit progress reports to the respective Area Maintenance supervisor on a regular basis.
- Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on all types of Instruments (such as generators, transformers and motors). Ensure that maintenance activities are carried out properly.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of Instrument maintenance activities developed by technician on all Instrument systems plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area of responsibility. He is the focal point for daily Instrument maintenance execution plan.
- Ensure that technician complies and applies SATORP’s Safety and Quality procedures during the execution of Instrument maintenance activities.
- Conduct frequent site visits to ensure proper execution of work and check on the activity’s technicians engaged in routine maintenance activities.
- Lead and manage technicians assigned to his area.
- Receive work directions from the Instrument foreman in relation to Instrument systems maintenance orders/requests and ensure translating these directions into actions.
- Follow-up on Instrument maintenance work progress and submit regular progress reports to the Instrument foreman with recommendations. Keep a record of daily maintenance works against planned maintenance programs and prepare work completion reports, where applicable.
- Work closely with Instrument foreman in recommending and implementing changes aimed at improving the availability and reliability of Instrument/instrument systems within the designated area of responsibility.

6. Rotating Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Organize and supervise the daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based upon schedule. Ensure all the activities are carried out safely, effectively and within the time frame.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
- Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
- Organize manpower resources, equipment’s and materials availability.
- Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
- Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipment’s.
- Co-ordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
- Ensure that SAP data input, history and actual hours are maintained.
- Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
- Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.
- Ensure the compliance of safe work practices, hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
- Encourage reporting of Near miss, unsafe conditions and acts.
- Participate in Safety audits.
- Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
Qualifications:

7. Static Supervisor
Job Purpose:
Maintains Static equipment’s and Piping systems in good condition. Carry out installation, Maintenance and Repair of Static equipment’s and Process Piping systems.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required from Supervisor and perform work.
- Leading the team of Technicians.
- Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
- Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press, threading machine, etc.
- Perform all the installation and Maintenance works as per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
- Carry out necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.).
- Receive necessary work permits before starting of work.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
- Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.
- Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
- Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to company standard and requirements.
- Attend Toolbox talk before commencing work.
- Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE other than mandatory PPE.
- Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.
- Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
Qualifications:
- High School / Diploma holder in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
- Assist in analysis of reoccurrence of Mechanical failures and recommend for corrective action.

8. QA / QC and Engineering Rotating Engineer
Job Purpose:
To carry out technical and supervisory responsibilities based on knowledge of international standards and codes related to mechanical works in accordance with the organization’s standard.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Can supervise & follow up MECHANICAL Rotating progress of works, installation & commissioning of different units of the SATORP.
- Able to plan & control the inspection of all MECHANICAL Rotating works and related activities.
- With experience in Testing & Commissioning of MECHANICAL Rotating works.
- Monitor the final inspection of completed MECHANICAL Rotating works before handling over to the Client.

13. Planner
Job Purpose:
Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities. Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP’s equipment, plants and utilities availability.
- Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.
- Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.
- Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.
- Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating to routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.
- Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor’s Key Performance Indicators.
- Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.
- Make sure for compliance of all HSE rules.
