We are looking for experienced drilling professionals for placement in Saudi Arabia.

Available Positions

1. Diamond Drillers (DD Drillers)

Approximately 22 Positions

Position: Diamond Driller
Industry: Mining / Mineral Exploration
Drilling Method: Diamond Core Drilling (DD)
Required Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Deep-Hole Experience: Minimum 800+ meters
Drilling Sizes: PQ / HQ / NQ

Job Purpose

We are looking for experienced Diamond Drillers with strong experience in mineral exploration drilling, particularly deep-hole diamond drilling exceeding 800 meters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for safe and efficient drilling operations, achieving production targets, maintaining good core recovery and hole quality, and ensuring proper operation of drilling equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate Diamond Drilling (DD) rigs safely and efficiently.
2. Perform deep-hole drilling operations at depths of 800 meters and above.
3. Carry out drilling using PQ, HQ and NQ drilling systems.
4. Maintain high core recovery and core quality throughout drilling operations.
5. Monitor and control drilling parameters such as RPM, weight on bit, water pressure, penetration rate and torque.
6. Control hole deviation and maintain the required azimuth and inclination according to the drilling plan.
7. Perform rod pulling, tripping in/out, casing installation and reaming operations.
8. Handle and operate wireline systems, inner tubes, core barrels, overshots and drilling tools.
9. Identify and respond to difficult ground conditions, including broken formations, fractured zones, water loss and unstable ground.
10. Troubleshoot basic drilling problems and minimize operational downtime.
11. Conduct daily inspection of the drilling rig and associated equipment.
12. Report equipment defects, breakdowns and required maintenance immediately.
13. Ensure proper use and care of drilling tools, rods, bits and consumables.
14. Achieve daily and monthly drilling production targets without compromising safety or quality.
15. Maintain accurate drilling records, including depth, drilled meters, downtime and drilling activities.
16. Follow all HSE procedures, drilling SOPs and site safety requirements.
17. Maintain good housekeeping around the drilling rig and work area.
18. Coordinate effectively with Drilling Supervisors, Helpers, Mechanics, Geologists and other site personnel.

Minimum Requirements

1. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a Diamond Driller.
2. Proven experience in mineral exploration diamond drilling.
3. Demonstrated experience drilling deep holes exceeding 800 meters.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience drilling holes between 800–1,500+ meters and experience operating hydraulic diamond drilling rigs will be given preference.
