PT. Gunamandiri Paripurna is urgently recruiting experienced professionals to fulfill official manpower requests from Qatar for major oil & gas, refinery, and infrastructure projects.
Open Positions
The following positions are required for refinery, petrochemical,
offshore, and oil & gas facilities in Qatar.
Candidates must meet the experience, education, and age requirements
as specified.
PQ-235
1. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Qty: 6 | Age Limit: 40
Experience:
- Read electrical, architectural, and mechanical diagrams, drawings or specifications to determine job requirements.
- Test for, locate and repair electrical malfunctions.
- Capable to install insulated cables and connect switches, outlets and other fittings; connect circuit breakers, transformers, motors, heaters and other electrical components in the engines listed in Attachment 02 to this Appendix A.
- Completed the H2S training, T-BOSIET, Basic Rigging & Slinging and Safety Courses related to working offshore/Onshore.
- Minimum five (05) years maintenance experience working with diesel engines, marine engines and similar equipment addressed in Attachment 02 to this Appendix A.
- Good computer skills and able to write reports.
- Physically fit, able to swim and possess a valid Offshore medical fitness certificate.
- Reside in Qatar and have valid Qatari ID card.
Education:
- Valid technical certification as Diesel Mechanic Technician (3 years Bachelor of Engineering Degree study), attested by official authorities.

2. ASST. PIPE FABRICATOR
Qty: 2 | Age Limit: 40
Experience:
- Five (5) to ten (10) years experience in maintenance of refinery equipment such as vessels, heat exchangers, furnaces, towers and others.
- Fabrication and welding works for pipes, pressure vessels and steel structures.
Education:
- Secondary School.
3. ASSISTANT PIPE FITTER
Qty: 13 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant practical experience in maintenance and repair of refinery equipment.
Education:
- Industrial Diploma Certificate or twelve (12) years of school education.
4. ASSISTANT ROTARY TECHNICIAN
Qty: 3 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical plant.
- Hands-on experience in overhauling and maintenance of rotary equipment.
- Skilled in use of hand tools, power tools and measuring tools.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
Education:
- Diploma / Certificate in Mechanical Technology from a recognized institution.
5. CIVIL SUPERVISOR
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 40
Experience:
- Good written and spoken English.
- Functional use of engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Project and MS Office.
- Knowledge of engineering standards/codes (ACI, ASTM, QCS) and contract administration.
- SAP experience is an advantage.
Education:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 10 years relevant experience, including 7 years in civil maintenance and construction supervision in oil & gas industry.
6. SITE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Ten (10) years experience with five (5) years in Refinery / Oil Industry.
- Minimum Level 3 English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Qatar Construction Specifications.
- Able to work with Level, Theodolite, Total Station / GPS.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge of civil/structural drawings and documents.
7. CIVIL TECHNICIAN
Qty: 3 | Age Limit: 40
Experience:
- Five (5) years experience as Civil Technician/Supervisor in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience in building maintenance and new facility construction.
- Knowledge of local and international QA/QC methods.
- Computer literate; AutoCAD and basic survey skills advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
Education:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8 years relevant experience including 5 years in oil & gas civil maintenance and construction supervision.
8. COATING SUPERVISOR
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 40
Experience:
- Good written and spoken English with strong communication and motivational skills.
- Familiar with NACE, SSPC, ISO standards for industrial coating.
- Experience in quantity surveying for blasting and coating works.
- Knowledge of coating applicator and material prequalification requirements.
Education:
- Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 8 years blasting and coating experience, including 5 years in oil & gas coating maintenance.
- NACE Level 2 or equivalent certification.
9. CODED / 6G WELDER
Qty: 5 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in SMAW and GTAW welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, low alloy chrome-moly steel and aluminum.
- Experience in refinery/petrochemical industries.
Education:
- Industrial Diploma Certificate or twelve (12) years school education.
- Welding Qualification Certificate from QatarEnergy approved TPI.
10. CRANE OPERATOR
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 53
Experience:
- Valid Qatar driving license.
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in operation and maintenance of cranes, trucks and forklifts.
- Certified by QatarEnergy approved TPI and endorsed by PTS team.
- OEM crane training approval required.
Education:
- Twelve (12) years school education.
11. DATA ENTRY / DOCUMENT ASSISTANT
Qty: 3 | Age Limit: 53
Experience:
- Minimum seven (7) years experience in refinery/petrochemical facilities.
- Knowledge of manual and electronic document control systems.
- Minimum Level 3 English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Access.
Education:
- Higher National Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of Instrument/Electrical drawings.
- SAP knowledge essential.
- Microsoft Office certification required.
12. SITE SUPERVISOR – ELECTRICAL
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Ten (10) years in refinery/oil industry with five (5) years as Site Supervisor.
- Minimum Level 3 English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Education:
- Higher National Diploma (3 years) in Electrical Engineering.
13. HVAC TECHNICIAN
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 40
Experience:
- Eight (8) years experience in operation, maintenance and installation of HVAC systems, including 4 years in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience in installation, testing, commissioning and operation of HVAC equipment.
- Knowledge of pressurization systems, piping, ducting, insulation, noise and vibration controls.
- Computer literate; fair English communication skills.
- Knowledge of QatarEnergy HSE procedures.
Education:
- Secondary education plus 3 years recognized technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering with HVAC certification.
14. INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR
Qty: 2 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Ten (10) years in refinery/oil industry with five (5) years as Site Supervisor.
- Minimum Level 3 English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
Education:
- Higher National Diploma (3 years) in Instrument Engineering.
15. LUBRICATION TECHNICIAN

Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in refinery/petrochemical plant.
- Hands-on experience in rotary equipment maintenance.
- Skilled in hand and power tools.
- Ability to communicate in English.
Education:
- Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Technology from a recognized institution.
16. AUTOCAD DRAFTSMAN – MECHANICAL (OIL & GAS PIPING)
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 40
Experience:
- Minimum eight (8) years AutoCAD experience.
- Four (4) years Oil & Gas industry experience.
- Ability to create preliminary and conceptual designs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education:
- Secondary education plus 3 years diploma in mechanical drafting.
17. SITE SUPERVISOR – MECHANICAL
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 55
Experience:
- Ten (10) years in refinery/oil industry with five (5) years as Site Supervisor, OR
- ITI Mechanical Fitter with 20 years experience including ten (10) years supervisory role.
Education:
- Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI Mechanical Fitter.
18. RELIABILITY TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL)
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Ten (10) years experience in electrical installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
- Experience with motors, generators, switchgears, MCCs, UPS, transformers and VSDs.
- Petrochemical/Oil & Gas industry experience.
Education:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Good English and computer skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
19. VIBRATION TECHNICIAN
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Three (3) years experience in machinery monitoring and data collection.
Education:
- Secondary education with mechanical trade training (minimum 4 years).
- Successful completion of vibration analysis course.
20. PIPE FABRICATOR
Qty: 2 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in pipe, vessel and steel structure fabrication for Oil & Gas industry.
Education:
- Industrial Diploma Certificate with twelve (12) years school education.

21. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 54
Experience:
- Eight (8) years construction/installation experience in oil, gas or petrochemical facilities.
- Experience with welded storage tanks and API standards (620/650/653).
Education:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
- Computer literate; strong English communication skills.
- QatarEnergy PTW Level 1 required.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
22. HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Qty: 4 | Age Limit: 53
Experience:
- Minimum ten (10) years experience operating mobile cranes (30–250 MT).
- Knowledge of electronic operating systems and load charts.
Education:
- Minimum Level 5 secondary education.
- Valid licenses for mobile crane, truck self-loader and forklift.
23. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN
Qty: 1 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Five (5) to seven (7) years experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Maintenance of ESD, F&G, DCS, analyzers and control valves.
Education:
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent with Instrumentation trade certification.
24. SKILLED LABOUR
Qty: 31 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Minimum three (3) years experience in refinery/gas plant/petrochemical facilities.
- Fire & Safety basic training required.
Education:
- As per project requirements.

25. ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICIAN

- Minimum three (3) years experience in waste management, preferably oil & gas industry.
Education:
- Higher secondary education with Diploma in Environmental Science, Chemistry or related field.
26. VALVE TECHNICIAN
Qty: 3 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in valve greasing and maintenance in oil & gas industry.
Education:
- Technical Secondary Certificate / ITI or HND.
27. WELLHEAD TECHNICIAN
Qty: 6 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- Minimum five (5) years experience in wellhead maintenance in oil & gas industry.
Education:
- Technical Secondary Certificate / ITI or HND.
28. CRANE OPERATOR (OFFSHORE)
Qty: 3 | Age Limit: 45
Experience:
- More than five (5) years experience with minimum three (3) years offshore.
- Experience on offshore platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of crane inspection, preventive maintenance, and crane operation controls.
Education:
- Certified Offshore Crane Operator with QatarEnergy endorsed license.
- Adequate education and English proficiency as per QatarEnergy requirements.
