Required qualifications, experience and expertise

• B.Sc. degree in engineering. (Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in drilling related operations.
• 2 -3 years well site experience and 6-7 years in operations engineering.
• Experience in drilling engineering projects and studies.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent computer literacy.
• Fluent in the English language and excellent report writing skills.
• High energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding performance, with a “can do” attitude and proven track record in delivering performance improvement.
• Experience and ability to facilitate and coordinate large technical workshops involving drilling and subsurface disciplines at a senior level.
