Main Task & Duties:

1. Follow production schedules, work instructions and procedures diligently with reference to attainment of set targets
2. Monitors and records process parameters and changes in machine condition
3. Report operation anomalies to Shift Supervisor and initiate troubleshooting as required in coordination with the Shift Supervisor, Operator (+) and Technical personnel’s
4. Prepares the machine production report on respective area of concern
5. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of machine areas and immediate vicinity
6. Participates in important programs being implemented by Management

Competencies:

1. Knowledge of the general practices applied in the care and safe operation of a wide variety of light to heavy construction and maintenance equipment
2. Knowledge of laws, regulations, safety standards and procedures pertaining to the operation of equipment

Other Skills and Abilities:

1. Ability to detect abnormal operation and make repairs and adjustments to awide variety of heavy equipment and to service and maintain assigned equipment
2. Ability to use a variety of hand tools
3. Ability to communicate, verbally and in writing

Education and Experience:

1. High School/Secondary

2.     Three years relevant work experience in the same field especially in PVC, Film, & General Film Extrusions

Computer Skills:

• Basic knowledge in computer
