Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering; must be able to read and write in English.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in structural fabrication works such as pipe rack, deck, jacket, sleepers, etc.
3. Fabrication and erection experience, preferably in oil & gas or onshore fields.
4. Ability to read and understand structural fabrication and erection drawings.
5. Knowledge of weld symbols.
6. Preparation knowledge of structural fit-up joints.
7. Understanding of WPS (Welding Procedure Specification).
8. Proficient in use of fabrication tools.
9. Structural materials knowledge.
10. Capability to control fabrication team and foremen.
11. HSE and QA/QC awareness.
