Vacancies: 10 | Salary: QR 8,000 – 14,000 / month (Fixed) | Selection: Face-to-Face Interview Primary Responsibilities- Execute detailed fabrication and erection services related to structural and piping disciplines.
- Assign structural and piping team; monitor performance of direct manpower, foremen, and supervisors.
- Ensure quality and safety requirements are met as per project requirements at site.
- Liaise with various departments for work execution.
- Coordinate with the QC department for inspection activities.
- Coordinate with the painting department.
- Liaise with the engineering team for engineering deliverable requirements.
- Coordinate between site and engineering office.
- Ensure adequate manpower, plant, equipment, and consumables exist to satisfactorily complete the project.
- Co-ordinate and monitor project progress to ensure optimum production, commensurate with all quality procedures and method statements.
- Ensure through discipline foremen that work is executed in accordance with safety requirements, project specifications and drawings, and project schedules.
- Ensure that sufficient materials are available to conduct the scope of work.
- Responsible for work allocation based on schedules and priorities.
- Responsible for load-out activities.
- Monitor work progress on an ongoing basis.
Scope of Work- Fabrication and erection of jacket structure.
- Piles, boat landings, riser guards, risers, and J-tubes.
- Topside and module fabrication and erections.
- Bridges and flare.
- Topside piping spools and pipe supports.
- Brownfield fabrication (deck extensions, pancakes, and modules).
- Subsea spools and subsea sleepers.
Qualifications & Experience- Diploma or equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in oil & gas offshore fabrication activities such as jacket, pile, boat landing, topside decks, bridges, piping, and pipe supports.
- Good knowledge of HSE, quality, and work procedures.
- Computer literacy: MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of email communications.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
