Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Rover Operators with strong Oil & Gas terminal operations background to support a major QatarEnergy LNG onshore facility based in Ras Laffan, Qatar.

Salary & Allowances (Monthly)

Equivalent: USD 2,686.30 (approx.)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform multi-cargo loading operations, including LPG, Condensate, Naphtha, Jet A1, Gas Oil, GTL products, Caustic, MEG, and other refined products

• Execute ship-side operations, including:

  • Berthing support

  • Ship readiness checks

  • Connection and disconnection of marine loading arms and flexible hoses

• Conduct line-up verification and monitor cargo transfer activities

• Ensure ship–shore safety checks and maintain effective communication during loading operations

• Coordinate closely with senior operators, panel operators, shift supervisors, marine teams, and maintenance crews

• Follow strict operational discipline within a high-risk, multi-product marine terminal

• Participate in emergency response and perform first-line troubleshooting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum hands-on experience in Oil & Gas terminal operations

• Strong understanding of technical procedures, permits, and safety instructions

• Ability to follow ship–shore communication protocols

• Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
