Job Summary
Responsible for operating/ controlling/ maintaining complicated equipment and monitoring its operation so that the product quality and inventory is maintained. and provide coaching and guidance in order to develop technical expertise within the company.

Education

• Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience

Experience

• 0-2 years experience with Degree or 7 years experience with Diploma is desirable

Certifications

Job Responsibilities

1. Operates and controls complicated equipment and monitors its operation across all process areas.
2. Conducts appropriate safety staff briefings to maintain operational safety.
3. Conducts observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in timely manner.
4. Prepares relevant shift/daily reports to ensure supervisors are informed of the process status.
5. Undertakes troubleshooting of a normal operation nature across the processes areas.
6. Operates and controls Critical equipment and monitors its operation across all process area.
7. Deputizes for the supervisor and provides guidance to other less experienced operators
8. Guides and trains junior operators ensuring that all field activities are well understood and practiced.
