Responsible for operating a wider range of complicated equipment

Responsible for operating/ controlling/ maintaining complicated equipment and monitoring its operation so that the product quality and inventory is maintained. They may manage a team and provide coaching and guidance in order to develop technical expertise within the company.

Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience

0-2 years experience with Degree or 7 years experience with Diploma is desirable

1. Directs operators ensuring that all field activities are coordinated during normal, start up and emergency situations.

2. Plans and coordinates work across the process areas to ensure that perational/maintenance

activities are completed.

3. Understands existing processes, procedures and practices and makes recommendations for

improvement.

4. Undertakes troubleshooting of complicated operation issues across the processes areas.

5. Conducts appropriate safety staff briefings to maintain operational safety.

6. Conducts observations on unsafe/safe acts and reports in timely manner.

7. Operates and controls complicated equipment and monitors its operation across all process

area.
