Operator to provide day-to-day routine operation activity to ensure uninterrupted 

production and safe operation of the plant and troubleshooting of process problem 

crosses multiple operation area in the plant.

• Monitor and ensure safe, smooth and efficient performance of unit to achieve key performance indicators and objectives as per procedures & Instructions.

• Responsible for safety of plant and personnel on his shift to Control Incidents/accident during shift.

• Monitor any deviations in normal plant/equipment running and trouble shoot plant’s operation to take corrective actions and optimize plant performance as per guidelines.

• Check the operational Parameters and analyze it to implement changes as required.

• Update & follow up all maintenance and other jobs with all other service departments.

• Plan and update preventive & turnaround maintenance and notify timely to planning department.

• Responsible to ensure the effective implementation of loss control policies and procedures in shift.

• Requesting attention of concerned support sections directly or through other staff whenever needed.

• Coordinate, control and follow up all maintenance activity in plant and with other outside agencies.

• Issue work Permits & follow up Maintenance Related activities.

• Issue mandatory shift reports as per established practice & procedures and ensure that personnel records and files are properly maintained and updated.

• Handle, control and monitor the start-up, shutdown & plant upsets /emergency safely and efficiently.

• Contribute and participate in successful completion of plant improvements, shutdowns & MOC.

• Performs E.R.T. responsibilities as stipulated in Loss Control Procedures and acts as an emergency response team leader in case of emergency.

• Control, minimize and monitor flare losses & waste generation.

• At least 8 years operational experience in HDPE Plant or polymer plants.

• Diploma graduate
