Education
Degree or Diploma combined with relevant experience.

Experience
0-2 years of experience with a Degree or 7 years of experience with a Diploma is desirable.

Job Responsibilities

1. Directs operators to ensure all field activities are coordinated during normal, startup, and emergency situations.
2. Plans and coordinates work across process areas to ensure operational and maintenance activities are completed.
3. Understands existing processes, procedures, and practices, making recommendations for improvement.
4. Troubleshoots complex operational issues across process areas.
5. Conducts safety briefings to maintain operational safety.
6. Observes unsafe/safe acts and reports in a timely manner.
7. Operates and controls complicated equipment, monitoring its operation across all process areas.
8. Coaches and guides less experienced operators, assessing and helping improve their knowledge.
