Lead and facilitate HAZOP/LOPA studies.
Provide HAZOP/LOPA orientation for core team members and other participants.

Ownership of the Management of Change (MOC) work process.

Serve as adviser for the MOC process.
Manage the proper usage of the Stature MOC application.

Ownership of the Compliance Audits work process.

Lead and coordinate internal compliance reviews and audits.
Compile and maintain a current list of applicable laws and regulatory standards.

Implementation of Building Siting projects and initiatives.
Detailed Tasks / Activities
Conduct building siting assessments of portable buildings and structures other than buildings.

Data collection, analysis, and publication of relevant process safety and compliance information.

Prepare and publish periodic PSM and compliance metrics.
Maintain the Operational Excellence and Process Safety and Compliance web pages in the Intranet.

Ownership of key Operational Excellence (OE) elements and their associated work processes.
Detailed Tasks / Activities
Management of the organizations corrective and preventive action tracking system.
Lead and coordinate the periodic review and revision of process safety and compliance related documents.
Develop training courses to promote awareness and understanding of OE and PSM principles.
Lead and coordinate incident investigations and/or root cause analysis of process safety-related events.

MS Office Applications
OSHA PSM Standard
Other Regulatory Standards (OSHA, NFPA, etc.)
PHA Facilitation and HAZOP/LOPA Principles
Compliance Auditing 2 Qualified
HSEQ-related Management Systems (OE, ISO, Responsible Care, etc.)

Education

Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Occupational Safety.
