Process Engineer is responsible on overall monitoring and enhance various plant operations. - Provide plant operations with technical inputs and support, prepare different Heat & Material balance scenarios.
- Evaluating plant process and evaluate changes proposed to design, taking environmental and economic aspects into account.
- Working closely with process chemists and control engineers to ensure the plant is setup to provide maximum output levels and efficient operation of the facility.
- Setting up scale-up and scale-down processes including appropriate changes to equipment design and configuration.
- Evaluating design, installation, and commissioning new projects, including monitoring developments and troubleshooting.
- Perform process simulations, assessing options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing process simulation models.
- Perform risk assessments, manage cost and time constraints, provide process documentation and operating instructions, develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
- Optimizing production by analysing processes; troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes, evaluate equipment and processes to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, propose improved manufacturing processes and applying new technologies.

- Handles the process engineering issues concerning plant change development, plant redesign, scouting and feasibility studies, new bases of designs, plant operation optimization, and operational support.
- Provides input for preparation Department Capital and Operating budgets and monitor annual expenditure budgets.
- Supports/ leads technical studies / surveys with teams within Tasnee or external teams for the Process Engineering and other related issues.
- Operation and utility issue troubleshooting.
